APGA Tells Uzodimma to Start Preparing Your Handover Note, Speaks on Okorocha, Ihedioha’s Defections

The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has stated that it is prepared to win Imo state in the upcoming general elections.

Governor Uzodimma should start crafting his handover message, according to John Iwuala, the party’s state chairman.

The APGA leader also stated that if Rochas Okorochas, Emeka Ihedioha, and others chose to defect, the party will welcome them.

State of Imo – The Imo state chapter of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has advised Governor Hope Uzodimma to begin compiling his handover note ahead of the 2023 general elections.

According to the Guardian, the party’s head, John Iwuala, announced this on Wednesday, December 29, at the funeral of Augustine Amucha, the chairman of the party’s Isiala Mbano Council.

In the next Imo governorship election, the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) is optimistic of beating the APC’s Hope Uzodimma.

Governor Uzodimma, according to Iwuala, has failed to offer effective administration and reduce insecurity in the southeast state.

He also asked Imo residents to unite and vote out Uzodimma in the upcoming election, claiming that APGA is the only alternative party capable of combating insecurity.

In his own words:

“Uzodimma should begin writing his handover note for an APGA candidate by now, because I am positive he will be voted out.”

Okorocha, Ihedioha, and others are eligible for the APGA.

Meanwhile, Iwuala stated that the APGA, which recently won the governorship election in Anambra, will welcome Rochas Okorocha and Emeka Ihedioha if they wish to join the party.

He stated, “

“If they intend to join APGA, that will be a positive development.” The APGA is a grassroots political party. Our doors are wide open for them to enter the celebration.
