Mexican Man Dies After Falling From Texas Border Wall While Trying To Enter The US

The man was found unconscious on the US side with injuries to his upper body and head when authorities arrived.

The man was treated for his injuries and transferred to an El Paso hospital, where he was put on life support the next day.

After being taken off life support on March 22, he passed away.

According to El Paso immigrant advocate Ruben Garcia, a growing number of immigrants have been injured when illegally entering the US by climbing the border wall.

Garcia, the director of Annunciation House, El Paso’s largest immigration shelter, said he sees immigrants who have injured themselves on the wall two or three times a week.
