Oshiomhole Unveils the Truth About What Will Take Place If the “Obi-Dients” Come for Him

Adams Oshiomhole, the former national chairman of the APC, has made yet another attention-grabbing statement. In a TV interview, the former NLC leader and governor of Edo state criticized other candidates for neglecting to outline their ideas for Nigeria. He continued by mentioning Mr. Peter Obi, the standard bearer for the Labour Party, as one of those who had failed to carry out their intentions.

Adams Oshiomhole, the former national chairman of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC), has threatened that if Peter Obi’s supporters ever turn on him, he won’t spare them, according to the Vanguard newspaper. This statement was made by Oshiomole, the director-general of the Asiwaju Bola Tinubu campaign organization, on Wednesday, August 3, during an interview on “The Morning Show” on Arise TV.

The former governor of Edo state added that the majority of the aspirants for the Aso Rock seat have not made it clear how they propose to address Nigeria’s problems. He went on to offer Peter Obi, a candidate for the Labour Party, as an example, noting that the Anambra-born politician has declined to make clear what his vision is for the nation. When Oshiomhole was informed during the interview that Obi’s supporters would attack him for criticizing their candidate, Oshiomhole merely said,

“I will come after them.” He noted that there is no particular benefit in rushing out what you want to do, saying, “Those who have rushed out what they want to how much have they done expatiating on how they are going to do it.”

Oshiomole claimed that when he was a non-state actor and investigated and fought with strength on the side of the people, he did not have access to modern smartphones.
Time will tell, according to Oshiomole, whether the “Obi-dients” in Nigeria’s democratic process were actually submissive.
